A Michigan native, Matt has resided in and worked in Property Management in the Vail Valley since 2006. As a local homeowner, he understands your home is an asset that needs constant attention to detail in this ever-changing Colorado climate. Like many families, Matt and his wife Talia, have grown from being just kids that met on the mountain to deeply rooted business and property owners, as well as new parents to their son, Woods. They look forward to raising their children in this special place. An avid hunter, biker and all-season outdoorsman, Matt truly enjoys the local lifestyle, and his connection to the Valley.
Also a Great Lakes native, Kraig grew up in upstate NY. He migrated to Colorado in 2006 and spent 14 years helping his brothers grow and manage their franchise, the Smiling Moose Deli. Kraig then began his property management journey by apprenticing under a 25-year veteran. He and his wife, Carrie, have been property owners in the Vail Valley since 2016 and have recently become parents to baby Henrik. Outside of his family and friends, Kraig’s passions for an active life are fulfilled in the Colorado outdoors, primarily by skiing and mountain biking.
